We've finished Vacation Bible School for several hundred kids in Navotas, Malabon, San Jose and Caramoan. Navotas alone had 211 kids. Our mission team recently got back from Bicol where the team conducted VBS and evangelistic outreach to a mountain village. I was in Ragay on May 23-26 with another small group where we joined the graduation of another VBS with 110 kids.
We DEDICATED THE NEW BUILDING IN SAN JOSE ON MARCH 30 when the Short-Term Mission Team was here from Havre, Montana.
MONSOON SEASON has started here with frequent rain and flooding in Navotas.
The NEW SCHOOL YEAR starts here on June 10. We are hoping to support more than 40 students this year.
My plan to go to CHINA and TIBET in June had to be postponed due to the political situation there, and difficulty in getting a visa until after the Olympics.
I am scheduled to be in the U.S. later this year SEPTEMBER 17 to DECEMBER 4. Included will be VISITS to as many supporting churches and individuals as possible, attending NORTH AMERICAN MISSIONARY CONVENTION in Dallas in November others from Fifth Avenue Christian Church (my home church) and THANKSGIVING with my brother Gary and family. I will be contacting churches about setting up a schedule.
We have come to a critical stage in the growth of our church in NAVOTAS. OUR LORD HAS INSPIRED US TO WORK HARD and we are seeing MANY FRUITS OF OUR LABOR, as God promises. WITH INCREASED HARVEST COME INCREASED RESPONSIBILITIES. We have too many people and activities for the size of our building. We are doing our best to search for innovative ways to schedule things more efficiently, but we need lots of prayer for meeting the growing demands of the ministry. We have a number of options we are looking at, including selling our existing building and building in a new location. The total net cost of a lot and building would be approximately $80,000. We could rebuild on our current site for about $40,000, but we have a problem about a meeting place during construction. Actually, our best option would be for some adjacent land to be available for sale so we could expand and renovate in a phased project. We need your prayers.
The church building in SAN JOSE is finished. I praise God for all the assistance that helped me through times of weak dollar exchange and rising prices of materials.
We continue to rent a building in MALABON. Please pray about decisions and provisions for a permanent building for this church.
We endured a very DEVASTATING TYPHOON on June 21-22 causing severe flooding here in Navotas and in Malabon, including our church buildings. MANY HOUSES WERE DAMAGED near Manila Bay by wind and huge waves. Praise God that the were no personal injuries.
Pray for a renewed fire of devotion in extending our VISION FOR MISSION OUTREACH from FILIPINO CHURCHES: THAT FILIPINOS, INCLUDING THE POOR, CAN TRUST GOD TO PROVIDE EVERY NEED OF THOSE WHO OPEN THEIR HEARTS TO ENTHUSIASTICALLY CARRY GOD’S BLESSINGS TO THE LOST IN THE PHILIPPINES AND ALL ASIA, AND THAT THE NATION, THE PEOPLE, AND THE CHURCHES OF THE PHILIPPINES WILL BE BLESSED IN THE PROCESS. We need God's wisdom as we plan to set up a mission agency for Filipinos, but not a copy of what others are doing. We are praying for a grass-roots movement in the hearts of potential missionaries and supporting churches, as well as a move of God's Spirit to open unseen doors for us among un-reached people of Asia.
Please read our VISION by following the VISION link above. Most of all pray for the development of churches in the Philippines and China, and a MISSION VISION to reach places like VIETNAM, LAOS, MONGOLIA.
I am praying about helping a church in trouble in NAGA CITY in the Bicol area (between Ragay and San Jose). It will initially involve me helping them rent a building, but it requires financial and leadership reforms on their part. Pray for wisdom and provision.

Please let me hear from you. Email: icm@pldtdsl.net
DALE MUELLER'S HEALTH:
I know that I have been able to continue in the mission field only by the
grace of God and through the continued covering of prayers by many. In 1987 I
was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. I struggle daily with the symptoms,
which include weakness on my left side (now often on both sides), numbness in my extremities, pain, vision problems, fatigue,
migraine type headaches and mobility
problems. I have really experienced the truth of what our Lord said to Paul,
"my grace is sufficient for you," however, I know that prayer in my behalf
has kept me me focused on this wonderful truth. Please keep praying and know
that by His grace, I will continue on, full speed ahead!
Multiple Sclerosis is a very unpredictable and variable disease. In my case,
as with many others, the symptoms go in cycles. There are times when I am
almost free of symptoms and other times when they are almost
unbearable. Unfortunately, the cycles get increasingly more severe. Just to help you monitor my situation and be guided in your
prayers, I will update the information below from time to time.
