NEWS FROM MISSIONARY DALE MUELLER

September 6, 2006
Dear Friends,
I’ve already been back in the Philippines for five days now, after 3 months in the U.S. and Canada. I’m slowly adjusting to the humid heat here and jet lag. Mostly, it has been back to business as usual. I have so many good memories from my travels for the last three months and I’m so grateful for all the effort so many good friends put into making my time there so enjoyable.
There are lots of things to get excited about in the next few months. There are THREE SHORT-TERM MISSION TEAMS SCHEDULED. The first will be a group from Moses Lake Christian Church from December 22 to January 5, 2006, followed by two groups from Fifth Avenue Christian Church, Havre, Montana, February 1-13 and March 15-27, 2007. Hopefully, we will be in our next BUILDING PROJECT IN THE CITY OF GOA by early next year. We will also continue to look at options to expand our NAVOTAS BUILDING. We will also begin negotiating with the local government in Navotas for permission to build a simple chapel / community center in the neighborhood that was burned last year.
We are already gearing up to our usual CHRISTMAS PROGRAMS AND OUTREACHES. We are expecting 500-800 again for our Christmas program and meal in Navotas on December 24, along with many seasonal activities for our children. I will be sending details as all these things develop and as we begin planning our MISSION OUTREACH TEAMS from Navotas for 2007.
Please keep us in your prayers, as you are in ours. Together, we have places to go and things to do for the glory of our Lord, until He returns.
In Christ,
Dale
