GREETINGS FROM THE PHILIPPINES,

I just returned from a quick trip to GOA, CAMARINES SUR  in the BICOL region about 12 hours by bus from Manila.  We finalized our purchase of the 665 square meter lot (7,158 square feet) just outside of Goa with an existing house.  The house and some temporary make-shift cover will serve as a temporary meeting place for the church. We will go through a phased development of a church building there next year as we are able to accumulate funds.  We praise God for this permanent home for our Goa church.

CHRISTMAS IS COMING SOON!  That means lots of extra events and expenses for us.  We are PLANNING FOR 800 AGAIN FOR OUR ANNUAL CHRISTMAS PROGRAM AND MEAL IN NAVOTAS.  This will be held on the campus of a nearby college.  Included will be GIFTS AND PARTY FOR 500 CHILDREN.   As we are able, we will be giving away up to 200 CHRISTMAS FOOD BASKETS for the poorest families in our church and neighborhood.  In addition we will be organizing CHILDREN’S CHRISTMAS PROGRAMS at our churches in MALABON, RAGAY, GOA and CARAMOAN. 

WE WILL HAVE TEAM OF 10 VISITORS FROM MOSES LAKE, WASHINGTON FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR.  In addition to taking part in all our special activities, they will help us conduct two separate YOUTH CAMPS, one here in NAVOTAS and another in BICOL.  We are excited about the positive impact this team will have on our youth and churches in general. 

Not long after the Moses Lake team leaves on January 6, we will welcome A SECOND TEAM OF 10 FROM HAVRE, MONTANA and COLORADO SPRINGS. Also, there is another group from BILLINGS, MONTANA expressing an interest in coming here and visiting CHINA as well later in the year.   God is really growing MISSION VISION among home churches.  That encourages us, here in the field, and I know will have a tremendous impact back home.  TO GOD BE THE GLORY!

PLEASE BE PRAYING ALONG WITH US for all these activities and what you might be able to do to help us, along with our constant LABOR TO WIN SOULS FOR GOD’S KINGDOM and to MOTIVATE THE FILIPINO CHURCH  with the same ZEAL TO REACH THE WORLD.   

ADVANCED HAPPY THANKSGIVING, MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR.  May they all be focused on CHRIST OUR SAVIOUR.  THANK YOU for your faithful support and encouragement in reaching the lost in this part of the world.
